Eligibility for Table Tops is limited to start up and /or home based businesses with products that are not mass produced, and is subject to approval by show management. Non-profit exhibits/tables must be for the purpose of public education and no products may be sold. Placement is at the discretion of show management.

Donate a door prize of $25 value or greater and receive additional recognition onsite!

Have your company listing linked from the BabyTime Expo website for a small additional fee – see the Exhibit Space Rental Agreement and complete the agreement..

What Hours is the Show Open?

Saturday & Sunday, 10am – 5pm

Will there be food and beverages available?

Yes.  Concession stands will be located on the show floor.

Will I be able to sell items at BabyTime Expo?

Yes.  Many of the exhibitors will be selling their goods and services directly to attendees at the show.

Are strollers available for rental?

Unfortunately, BabyTime Expo will not have strollers available for rent.

Is parking available at the show?

Parking is available at all locations.

Las Vegas – Free Parking is available at South Point Hotel

San Diego - Underground parking is available at the Convention Center for $8 per day. No ovenight or RV parking.

Have you negotiated special hotel rates?

Yes. BabyTime Expo management has negotiated special hotel rates for exhibitors.

Will the show still be held if it rains on the day of the show?

Yes.  BabyTime Expo will be held rain or shine!

Will tickets be sold in advance of the show, or only at the show?

Tickets will be available at the box office on the day of the show for all cities.  Tickets will NOT be available for purchase online in advance.
